  • Player 7th and 8th grade parents: Anyone interested in playing football at Hedgesville HighSchool in 2017. Freshman through Varsity, please come to the spring meeting on Sunday March 12th at 6:00 in the small gym. Please park in the back of the school and come through the locker room doors. Any questions or concerns, please contact Joey Yurish 304-886-4665 or jyurish@k12.wv.us We will discuss fundraisers, spring lifting, June practice, and other issues to set up for the season.

    8th graders: Great news - The Hersheypark trip has been changed to Tuesday, May 30th - spread the word!  Also the fundraiser for the Hersheypark trip will end this Monday, February 27th. Please turn in to your order to your homeroom teacher by the deadline.

  • Governor's School 7th and 8th grade students and parents:  It's time to apply for the Governor's School for Math and Science.  All materials are due to Ms. Mullenix no later than February 28th, so plan ahead; part of the application includes 2 letters of recommendation from teachers, and you need to give them time to write those for you.  To find out more information and apply, click HERE.

  • Grab your hat and read with the Cat!  On Thursday, March 2, 2015, we will participate in the nation’s largest literacy event, National Education Association's (NEA) Read Across America program. The day will celebrates Dr. Seuss’s birthday by getting kids excited about reading.

    This is a compiled list. You should wait to find out what Team your s on/daughter is on before purchasing school supplies. Your student will NOT need all of these supplies. 6 th grade students and new students will receive their sche dules at orientation. Returning 7 th and 8 th graders will receive their schedules on the first day of school.
