Nurse Notes
Reminder that Berkeley County School Policy is that if a child is ill (fever, vomiting, diarrhea, etc.) they cannot return to school until they have been free from any of these for a 24 hour period without the use of medication.

Medication Reminder
All medications given at school MUST have been ordered by a physician. The medication forms may be obtained from the office or nurse. This includes ALL over the counter medications, including Tylenol, salves, cough drops, and even medicated lip balms. No medications may be transported on a school bus. Parents must bring the medicine to school. Parents may come to school to administer medication if they feel it necessary.
