28th Annual Berkeley County Schools Scholarship Pageant

  • Proceeds benefit the $2,400 R. S. Dispanet Memorial Scholarship established by the Berkeley County Council PTA in 1972. This scholarship is awarded annually to a senior graduating from a Berkeley County high school.
