Entry Plan

  • This entry plan will guide my transition from assistant superintendent of pupil services into the role of school superintendent. The activities outlined in this plan will allow me to view the district from a much wider, yet concentrated, lens. It will enable me to meet more of our school community and further establish a network of contacts and resources that will assist me in my work. My approach to this plan is three-fold: to engage with stakeholders by listening and learning; review critical aspects of budget, finances, accountability, and curriculum; and examine processes and people across the district.
