Lunch bills are mailed by the 10th of every month.
Once a bill reaches $65.00, you will receive a final notice. A "no charge tag" will be placed on your child's account if the bill is not paid in full within 10 days of the date on the invoice.
You must pay for their meal with cash or send a packed meal from home until the account is paid in full. Unpaid accounts will be subject to further action according to Berkekey County Schools collection policy.
You may mail the payment stub along with a check in the envelope provided. Make sure you put the account number on the check. If the billis mailed you will need to include one check per account. The local City National Bank branches will not accept payments.
Over the phone, by calling the School Nutrition Office at 267-3510, ext 13257, you may use either a Visa, Master Card, Discover, American Express or debit card.
You may come to the School Nutrition Office at 401 South Queen Street. We are located in a modular behind the Board of Education office. It is easier to park in the back parking lot. We accept, cash, check, money order, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express or debit card.
