The Adult & Community Education programs must cancel classes that do not meet minimum enrollment.  We reserve the right to cancel, discontinue, postpone, or combine classes before or at the first class session.  Attempts will be made to contact all students whose classes have been canceled. In the event a class is canceled, a full refund of the tuition will be given.  Arrangements can be made for a refund or for transfer to another class by contacting the Adult & Community Education office at 304.267.3510 ext 13233.

Registration does not automatically carry with it the right to a refund or reduction of indebtedness in cases of inability to attend classes or in cases of withdraw.  The student assumes the risk of all changes in business or personal affairs.

Refunds will be issued only under the following circumstances:
Classes canceled by the Adult & Community Education Office. A refund is requested 1 WEEK  BEFORE THE CLASS BEGINS.  No refunds are issued after the first class session.  A refund fee of $10.00 will be assessed to each withdrawn class.
