  • Sport Physicals
All BCS student athletes must have a yearly physical (dated after May 1) to participate in sports.  Physicals for any SMMS student interested in playing sports this year will be at the Dorothy McCormick Center on Tuesday, July 27, 2021,  from 5 pm to 8:30pm.  The physicals will be outside, and everyone (vaccinated and unvaccinated) must wear a mask to participate.  Parts I, II, and III of the physical form are to be completed with parental signatures, prior to the event. Students will not be permitted to proceed through the line without this information.

The '21-'22 Physical Form Packet can be downloaded below.
Sports physicals can also be done on your own but the physical form packet must be completed by a medical profressional and turned in.
    SMMS Cross Country
The '21 Middle School Cross Country Season will begin AFTER the school year has started. Please look for information for more information on our Cross Country page.
    8th Grade SMHS Sport Options
8th grade student-athletes can participate in freshman level high school sports that are NOT offered at the middle school. This includes Football and Volleyball in the fall and Track & Field in the spring. All details for these sports are coordinated through the high school and a '21-'22 Sports Physical is required. Physicals can be shared between schools for student-athletes competing for both. Contact SMHS for any details with these sports.
    Other SMMS Sport Options
Details for Cheerleading and Basketball will be shared at a later date. These sports will not start at the beginning of the school year.
