    Saturday, February 16, 2019

    8:30 a.m. Briefing of judges – Consumer Science Room

    9:00 a.m. – 12:30 p.m. Judging of Projects

    12:30 p.m. - 1:30 p.m. Open House for Public Viewing (Will NOT begin until judging is complete)

    1:30 p.m. -2:00 p.m. Awards Ceremony – Auditorium

    2:00 p.m. Project Breakdown

    Notes:

    Elementary students must bring their own table for setup.

    Students will be assigned a specific time for their presentation to the judges.

    Students may leave once their projects have been judged. There will be NO call backs!

    When students register and set up on Friday evening, they will be given a judging schedule with their name and time highlighted. Extra schedules will be posted.

    Students should arrive at the school 15 minutes before their presentation time and report to the auditorium.

    Students should report to their projects 5 minutes before their scheduled time.

    You may leave after you have been judged and return for the Open House and Awards ceremony.

    No food or drink in the auditorium.

    All students that are participating will receive a participation ribbon.

    Judge sheets will be sent to the School Coordinator to distribute.

    Per state rules, a placement does not need to be given. Placement is given at the judge’s discretion.
