     All Seniors must begin paying cash for their lunch upon returning from Spring Break.

     

    Do you like to sing and dance? Come out and audition for Kaleidoscope Show Choir  April 24 and 25, 3-5 pm .  Singing auditions will be on the 24th and dancing auditions will be on the 25th Callbacks will be on April 29th and 30th. If singing is your thing but not dancing, auditions for chamber choir will be May 1, 3-5 pm.  Please see Ms. West to pick up audition materials and/or to ask any questions. 

     

    Are you interested in joining Student Council next year? Student Council applications are available outside Mrs. Branch's room, 204. Applications are due by April 26th 2019. 

       

    Bunker Hill Elementary is holding their 4th Annual Grizzly on Sunday, April 28th. Volunteers are needed and will be asked to arrive by 12:30.  Helpers will be in charge of monitoring a station and directing participants to the next obstacle.  We will have at least 12 obstacles.  Any student interested in volunteering should see Mrs. Christian in the Counseling Office. 

     

    Blue Ridge Community & Technical College will be visiting on Wednesda, April 24, and May 1.  They will be available in the morning in the Counseling Office to meet with students and parents who are interested in the JumpStart program or other Blue Ridge classes next school year.  Stop by the Counseling Office if you have questions.  

     

    Attention All History Students: If you wish to apply for the Rho Kappa History Honors Society you need to do so by Tuesday April 23rd. Applications can be found on the school website. Please see Mrs. Sullivan in Room 101 with any questions. Qualifications are on the application.
     

     

    Attention all those participating in the Blood Drive on April 30th, The times haves been pushed back one hour. For instance, if your appointment was at 8:00, then it will be at 9:00 instead. If anyone has any further questions, see Mrs. Branch in Room 204. 

     

    "Hop" on by the School Counseling Office and take a guess of how many Jelly Beans are in the jar!  The closest number without going over will win a prize!  Hurry...this contest is only through Friday!  Did we mention there's a PRIZE?!?!

     

    Reminder today is the last day to turn in your outside guest and underclassmenr guest forms for Prom to Mrs Robinson in Room 112.
     
    Prom tickets will go on sale during the week of April 29th- May 2nd. 
    Please see Mrs. Robertson about any outstanding school debts (this does NOT lunch bills) and check with Mrs. Oldfield concerning any library fines. Seniors will need to have their Chromebook and charger turned in unless they've already spoken to Ms Kahre. Remember when choosing our Prom attire, school rules do apply.
     
     
    Anyone that was not able to attend the cheer interest meeting for next year may pick up paperwork with Mrs Robinson in room 112.
     

    Seniors planning on attending James Rumsey next year should come to the counseling office or check out their website for scholarship and enrollment information.  Scholarship deadline is April 15.

     

    Seniors going into the field of agriculture, horticulture or other related fields can apply for the Tri-State Farm Toy Collectors Club Scholarship.  You must hold at least a 3.0 GPA and have community and leadership qualities.  This scholarship is worth up to $1,000. Application must be mailed and received by the Club by April 30. 

     

    Congratulations to the following students who have been nominated by a teacher to be students of the week: Alexis Springer, Eric Bourgeois, Emily Orndoff, and Gracie Guyer.
