• Summer Announcements: 

    If you need a proof of enrollment form, please email Ms. Chapman at cachapman@k12.wv.us and a form will be mailed to you. Please be sure to include your student's full legal name.  Proof of enrollment forms dated after February 1 are still valid for use at the DMV through August. Please refer to the DMV website for the most up-to-date information regarding renewals, expirations, appointments, etc.

    Student Council applications are open until May 29th for the 2020-2021 school year. See the link under the announcement header of the school homepage for more information. To apply, interested students must fill out this application with their school Office 365 email address.  If you have questions, email Mrs. Branch at hbranch@k12.wv.us.

    Sending a transcript electronically is free, it's instant, and only takes a few steps.
    Sign up at: www.parchment.com/u/registration/25489/account Or go to Applemen.org -click on the blue icon "order records" and follow the prompts.
    Students MUST provide an email address to have transcripts sent.
    For the question "year attended", enter your year of graduation.
    Be sure to select the college(s) you want your transcripts to be sent. Otherwise you will only receive a "self-view'' which is "unofficial" and colleges will NOT accept.

    Final Transcripts: Will only be sent electronically. When requesting your FINAL transcript for colleges, be sure to place grades "ON HOLD" until grades are posted at the end of the school year. Transcripts will be sent after the entire school is transcribed. Transcripts will probably be released around June 9.
