    The due date to apply for yearbook for next year has been extended to January 31. See Mrs. Beddow in room 210 for an application.
     
     

    Any student interested in playing tennis this year, please attend (with a parent or guardian) an informational meeting on January 29, 2020, from 6pm - 7pm, in Room #135.

     

    Charm Revue and Mr. Musselman will be on February 28th  during 7th period and at 7pm. If you missed the informational meeting there will be information packets outside of Mrs. Branch’s room, number 204.  

     

    Berkeley County Schools is hosting a video competition through the program MyVRSpot. Students can create a video on kindness, dangers of vaping, social media or online safety for a chance to win a Nintendo Switch Lite or one of 4 Amazon or iTunes gift cards. Entries must be submitted by February 28. Find an orange flyer in the hallways for more information. 

     
      
    National Honor Society has placed recycling containers for Coca-Cola Rewards in various classrooms.  Instead of throwing away your bottle caps, place them in these containers to help earn money for the school.  Each cap is worth $0.05 so every little bit helps!  
     
     
     
    Davis and Elkins will be visiting later this month.  Marshall will be visiting February 5th during lunches.  Any senior interested, stop by the Counseling Office. 
     
     
     
    First Energy will be hosting an Open House on Saturday, Feb 8 at Blue Ridge CTC.  Check out the Counseling Office bulletin board for details. 
     
     
     
    Shepherd will be hosting a "Career in Teacher Education" on Feb 7.  If you are interested in becoming a teacher, stop by the Counseling Office for registration information.
     
     
     
    Bunker Hill Elementary has several events coming up that need student volunteers.  If you would be interested in helping them, stop by the Counseling Office.
     
     
     
    Relay for Life is having another Hat Day for students and Jeans Day for staff.  On Wednesday, January 29, bring your dollar and wear your hat (or jeans) to support cancer research and patient services.
