Dr. William Queen has been a practicing dentist since starting his practice in 1977. He received a bachelor’s degree in accounting from West Virginia Institute of Technology in 1968. He earned his doctorate degree in dental surgery from West Virginia University School of Dentistry in 1977. He is a 1983 graduate of the University Of North Carolina School of Dentistry with a two-year residency in prosthodontics.
Since 1977, Dr. Queen served as an adjunct professor in the department of restorative dentistry at West Virginia University School of Dentistry. He has also served as president of the alumni association for six years.
Dr. Queen was elected to the Berkeley County Board of Education in 1996 and has served as the president since 2000. He has served on the RESA and EPIC councils since 1996 and as president for the past 20 years.
As an active member in the community, he has also been involved with the Martinsburg Little League serving as either the treasurer or president since 1985.
He served in the United States Army Reserves and the Michigan National Guard from 1969-1975.
Dr. Queen is a native of West Virginia and has been a resident of Berkeley County since moving here in 1968 from southern West Virginia. He and his wife Pat have two children and four grandchildren. His email is firstname.lastname@example.org.
