The Print Shop provides a catalog of commonly used standard (not customized) forms. A list of these forms can be found in the Print Shop Catalog located on the District website/For Staff at http://berkeleycountyschools.org/Page/153 .
These forms are not kept in large inventory amounts throughout the year. Large quantities should be ordered by the print shop designee at the end of the school year using the Year End Supplies Request Form.
School principals receive an email from Phoebe Brent two times annually to order forms for the upcoming school year.
The Print Shop BCS Forms Request is emailed to principals according to this schedule:
March for the first semester of the following school year, and in October for the second semester of the current year.
