National Merit Scholarship semifinalists recognized in Berkeley County

MARTINSBURG — At the Berkeley County Board of Education meeting on Monday evening, Colby Shoffler and Andrew Davis were recognized as Berkeley County’s two National Merit Scholarship semifinalists.
