Spring Mills Middle School Spanish teacher recognized statewide

MARTINSBURG — At the regularly scheduled Berkeley County Board of Education meeting on Monday evening, Spring Mills Middle School Principal Amy Haderer introduced Elizabeth Sanchez, who recently was recognized as the West Virginia Foreign Language Teachers Association Outstanding Teacher of the Year.
