Cultural Proficiency Professional Learning

Cultural proficiency professional development is an inside-out approach designed to heighten awareness on:

  • how we as individuals and organizations work with others;
  • on how we respond to those different from us;
  • visible and not so visible differences; and
  • preparedness to live in a world of differences.
