Governor Jim Justice has issued a proclamation officially declaring Monday, July 3, 2023, as a state holiday in West Virginia and creating a full holiday for state employees.
In special observance of West Virginia's Independence Day holidays, all Berkeley County Schools and offices will be closed on Monday, July 3, 2023, and Tuesday, July 4, 2023
