The vision of the Inwood Primary School comprehensive school counseling program is that all students will develop the academic, social, and emotional skills needed to be successful in life. Our students are lifelong learners who understand the importance of education in reaching their full potential. In addition to succeeding academically, our students will develop the character traits, skills, and attitudes that contribute to being healthy, responsible, and empathetic members of the community. 

Mission Statement

The mission of the Inwood Primary School counseling program is to provide a safe, supportive, and adaptive learning environment where all students are supported in developing the academic, social-emotional, and life skills needed for success in school and beyond. The West Virginia Student Success Standards are used as a guide to develop a comprehensive school counseling program that helps students grow into healthy, responsible, and well-rounded citizens.
