Martinsburg HS Baking & Pastry Students attended the WVDE Culinary Bootcamp at the Marriott Waterfront Hotel in Morgantown! They participated in hands-on workshops where they learned skills such as cupcake decorating, sugar working, and production methods for cream puffs, chocolate ganache, sourdough waffles, and fruit compote. In addition, they were able to meet and learn from industry professionals such as college-level baking professors, bakery owners, and award-winning chefs.
