Please join us in recognizing Berkeley County's Underwood-Smith Teaching Scholars and future professional educators, Rylee Burrill and Laken Copenhaver!
Rylee, a Musselman High School graduate, and Laken, a Hedgesville High School graduate will receive $10,000 per year for up to four years to cover college and other educational expenses.
In addition, they must agree to teach in a West Virginia public school in an area of critical need for five years after graduation. Rylee & Laken were two out of only 25 other WV students who received this competitive scholarship.
