A PASS volunteer may assist a student with a particular area of study or spend time talking with a student in an effort to provide encouragement and support.
PASS student referrals may be made by a parent, guardian, administrator, counselor, nurse, teacher, or other.
Please take the following steps to make a PASS Student Referral:
Complete the electronic referral form. Required information includes the student's name, grade, school, teacher, and the reason for the referral.
Once you have submitted the electronic form, notification will be sent directly to the school's PASS Coordinator to establish a PASS Volunteer.
If you require additional information, then feel free to call the school to leave a message for the school's PASS Coordinator.
