From the moment our All-Stars stepped off the buses, excitement filled the air—and a message waiting for them in chalk captured the spirit of the day: “You are capable of great things!”
Students were welcomed by Mr. Turner, our new principal, before entering the foyer where our support staff greeted them with smiles, encouragement, and an upbeat Back-to-School playlist. In their classrooms, students were greeted by their teachers and began learning important school routines, including how to walk through the hallways safely and orderly. Teachers read books aloud, built classroom connections, and jumped right into learning—including some fun songs about photosynthesis!
As we begin this new school year, we hope every All-Star remembers the message written in chalk on that first day: "You are capable of great things." We can't wait to see the amazing things our students will learn, accomplish, and discover this year!
