Greetings,
In order to ensure we are providing safe environments and limitless opportunities for our student at Eagle School Intermediate, we collect survey information to gather important information from our community and in this case our parents and caregivers.
Thanks in advance for your completion of the survey and your support!
Please follow the directions to complete the learning environment survey between now and November 17, 2023:
Eagle School Intermediate, Berkeley County (004-218).
The online parent survey will be available from October 2 through November 17, 2023.
Parents are asked to complete an online survey about school climate—the learning and teaching/working conditions—to help guide school improvement efforts. The results of this survey will be used to make changes in their child's school to ensure a supportive environment for teaching and learning. The survey may be completed from any computer with an internet connection.
Parent participation in the survey is very important. If parents have questions about the survey or problems completing the survey, they should contact their child's school. To protect parent/caregiver confidentiality, at least 10 parents must take the survey for results to be summarized for your school.
When parents log onto the survey, they will see explanatory information about the survey and the important information below as to their rights as a survey participant:
Your participation is voluntary. You may choose not to participate; not to answer any questions you do not want to answer; and you may stop participating at any time during the survey without penalty. Your responses will be anonymous and confidential.
Parents can access the survey at:

Parent login code: P004218

Greetings!
Over the next 2 weeks, student will have the opportunity and option to take a learning environment survey from the West Virginia Department of Education.
The survey is not required and only student who choose to complete it, will do so by 11/17/2023.
Thank you in advance for allowing your student to take the survey and for your continued support!
