Our substitute personnel come from many different walks of life, including Melissa Morales-Seda, a Pre-K permanent substitute teacher at Hedgesville Elementary.
Ms. Morales was a certified teacher in Puerto Rico who moved to West Virginia in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria. She took classes to master the English language and is currently working on her teaching certification. She cannot wait to be a certified teacher in West Virginia!
