The Bird’s Eye View is the official student newspaper of Spring Mills High School. The staff strives to engage the SMHS community by bringing noteworthy news to the forefront.

Spring Mills High School opened in 2013. Our school mascot is and always has been the West Virginia’s state bird, the cardinal. We are one of the largest schools in Berkeley County, at 2 floors and 250,000 square feet. 

Our current principal is Mr. Jason Kamlowsky. He is working on making Spring Mills High School the best school it can be.
