Dear Families, Happy New Year 2025! Hope that everyone is doing well! We have certainly missed our students, and we are excited for them to return! Please remember that tomorrow, January 9 (as of 2:45 PM), is a 2 Hr. Delay. Students may arrive at 10:20 AM and are considered tardy at 10:45 AM. Snow removal has been challenging due to the wind and below freezing temperatures. Please remind your students to use caution when walking and please be careful if you walk your child to school. BCS has a total of 5 snow days built into the school calendar. (There have now been 4 snow days to date.) On the 6th day or more, students will participate in Remote Learning Days. Please be watching for more information in a future post regarding the virtual schedule for the day, links for online meetings, and other information. In preparation for an unplanned Remote Learning Day, students will begin transporting their iPads to and from school daily. Please make sure that your student brings back his/her iPad each day. This is very important as iPads are used daily at school. (A school-issued iPad has monitoring technology and will alert school personnel if it is being used for anything other than schoolwork. It is important that only your student uses his or her specific iPad. Students are held accountable for content on their iPads.) Again, we look so forward to welcoming our students back to school!
