BCS has updated their Educational Leave of Absence form/title to reflect its new name "Non-Instructional Request." There are some differences between the previous title. Below are the updated terms:
1. must be submitted 5 days in advance
2. Complete paperwork and return to ESI (approval from admin and then returned)
3. Teachers will provide work that MUST be completed (no more projects)
4. Only 5 days will be approved (MAX)
5. Number of days absent are the numbers of days the student has to turn in the missing work (5 days max)
6. Work must be submitted by the date reflected on the form or the absences will be unexcused
