**Cell phones should be powered off and in the student’s locker at all times.**
There is a student phone in the office for emergency calls.

• 1st Offense: Warning, reteaching with staff member, and staff member tags in Intellispark. 

• 2nd and 3rd Offense: Referral written by staff member for “Level 1: Cell Phone Violation,” staff member tags in Intellispark, Administrator confiscates phone, guardian contact by Administrator, student may retrieve phone at the end of day, and Recess Detention earned. 

• 4th Offense: Referral written by staff member for “Level 1: Cell Phone Violation,” staff member tags in Intellispark, Administrator confiscates phone, guardian contacted by Administrator and must retrieve phone, and one day of ISS earned. 

• 5th+ Offense: Referral written by staff member for “Level 2: Habitual Violation of School Rules or Policies,” staff member tags in Intellispark, Administrator confiscates phone, guardian contacted and must retrieve phone, and appropriate level of ISS or OSS earned. 

Students and Parents sign that they have received and agree with the Technology Acceptable Use Policy on the annual emergency form filled out each year online.
